About Colorado Civil Infrastructure
Colorado Civil Infrastructure has been in operation since 2010 by President/Owner Ramon Diaz. We are a Denver based company employing local staff and subcontractors, with company directors living in Denver with their respective families.
Our company is deeply rooted in a simple statement of “Quality not Quantity” which is strongly driven and measured by utmost client satisfaction. It is a statement we emphasize into the onboarding of our more than 40 field and office employees currently with us. As a reasonably new entrant to the competitive Colorado Construction industry, we have focused on developing strong relationships with our clients and vendors upon which our business success relies.
We have a combined 100 years’ experience in the Colorado construction industry specializing in underground utilities such as Water, Storm Sewer, and Sanitary Sewer. In addition, we have 30 years combined experience on concrete work, both structure and flatwork. With a proud history in being able to provide quality construction services, we have been able to work with the City of Denver and adjacent cities, to fix any needs. Our portfolio features projects of all sizes and levels of complexity — from intricate renovations to some of the most complex civil operations in the State, we can build it all — and we do. Colorado Civil Infrastructure’s breadth of capabilities ensures that we can meet our clients’ needs every time, on every front with quality work.
Our ability to successfully undertake work in these locations is sustained by our emphasis on using our established network of local subcontractors and suppliers. “Keeping it Local” is an important principle in our business and we are continually reviewing our network of suppliers and contractors to ensure that all uphold the core business values that we consider essential.

We work closely with engineering consultants to proactively identify and mitigate any issues and hurdles before they can impact on the project at hand.
